PREPARATORY SEMINAR OF THE SECOND EU-LAC ACADEMIC SUMMIT

1. VENUE

The works of the Preparatory Seminar of the second EU-LAC Academic Summit will be held at the  Intercontinental Hotel located on 4, Nicolae Bălcescu Street, district 2, Bucharest ( The Intercontinental Hotel is located at a distance of 300 meters from the location initially announced, the International Conference Centre Batiştei).

2. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS IN ROMANIA

Romania became a member state of the European Union in 2007, therefore EU citizens can travel to our country by presenting at any Romanian border checkpoint a valid identity card or passport. In addition, we recommend you the services of the ‘Go Travel’ tourism agency (http://www.gotravel.ro/), contact person : Ms. Cristina Cojocaru (cristina.cojocaru@gotravel.ro). The agency’s services include : flight booking, accommodation in Romania and abroad, event planning, rent-a-car services, holiday packages.
