International Congress for Higher Education ‘University 2016’

 

The International Congress for Higher Education ‘University 2016’ will be held in Havana, Cuba between 15 to 19 February. The event, now in its tenth edition, will be based on the declaration “Innovative University for a sustainable human development” and it will bring together professors, experts, and representatives of various national and international authorities and institutions.

Professor Iordan Gheorghe Barbulescu, director of the Institute of Latin American Studies and Dean of the Department of International Relations and European Integration of the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, will be present at the congress and he will lecture in the panel “Higher education and its perspectives”.
